Leech slot lost when user deletion

Version used : 5.8.5

I dont know if its a sort of feature, like an action of reprimand but when a user with a leech slot is deleted leech slot is not re-credited to group.

As you notice, group slot is re-credited but not leech slot.

i believe this is by design, to prevent gadmins from passing the leech around between their groupmembers
