Version used : 5.8.5

I dont know if its a sort of feature, like an action of reprimand but when a user with a leech slot is deleted leech slot is not re-credited to group.

SITE GINFO testgroup
200-Description: New Group
200-MountFile :
200-User slots : 2 (1)
..
SITE ADDUSER test0 test00 *@*
..
SITE CHANGE test0 RATIO 0
..
SITE GINFO testgroup
200-Description: New Group
200-MountFile :
200-User slots : 1 (0)
..
SITE DELUSER test0
..
SITE GINFO testgroup
200-Description: New Group
200-MountFile :
200-User slots : 2 (0)

As you notice, group slot is re-credited but not leech slot.
