[REQ] - Pre Counter

Hey was looking for a script that would keep track of the # of pres each group does, and on a !pre cmd lets say it would spit out say the top 5 or 10 or let the person pick the number of groups to display along with there # of pres.... I am not sure if there is such a script out there. I looked through the forumns and shit and didnt notice one. If someone knows of one, please let me know or hopefully someone can script one up.

Update to what is above.... The above feature would be nice, but this will also do (either this or above):

you know how
iob spits out the top uplaoders for the week, every week, well instead of doing that, spit out the top preing groups every week.... maybe a variable to set the # of groups to display, etc.... Anyone up to this one???

I Think this is what you want sorta, i didnt get your first post i think i did the 2nd, on pre it writes grp rls and time too file, then on cmd pstat grpname looks up.... listing last # (you can set) rls from that grp on your site, and the total amount in the file. Get ahold of me on efnet or post here if i got the right idea here.

This is getting close... I would not wanting it to list out the pres... basically, in irc if someone went:

!toppre 3

then a listing woudl appear on irc:

#1. Group1 -- 15 pres
#2. Group2 -- 13 pres
#3. Group3 -- 10 pres

The 3 above would show the # of groups to display (of all time).

As well as to being able to do a ! cmd in irc... it would automatically send something to the channel at the end of each week saying the top pre groups for that week. (same as iobanana does with weekly uploaders... i think harm might implement the pre one in v21 of iobanana).

so it would need to keep track of weekly group pres.. as well as total...
