Default R2i Userfile Converter (Raiden to io)

Raiden userfile converter.
Online, simple and easy.

http://mouton.abuserz.com/r2i/

Input both your default.user and default.allow (or whatever) files and hop, u get a packed .rar containing your ioftpd groupfiles, userfiles and \etc\passwd and \etc\group files.

Note: Since passwords can't be converted, all users have "ioFTPD" as password after the conversion. Be sure they change it quickly!

If you wanna check out the source, see http://mouton.abuserz.com/r2i/code.php

Enjoy.

it sounds good, and after a few correction I've been able to use it (changing the pathes in th php, and correcting a few bug into the first html) but it does not create the useridtable or groupidtable files, so it's not very useful... or perehaps am I too lazy to use it correctly?
Anyway, good job for this and all your others scripts

I'm pretty sure it does...
probably just not named correctly...
passwd and groups were the old names...
and u need to add :STANDARD at the end of each line in those files, if the .php doesn't add it already.

You're right, they are created with the old-fashioned name, juste have to rename them

argh the php file didn't add :STANDARD... and I have about 60 users and 20 groups :'(
But anyway, it will be faster than re-adding all users one by one

A Search and replace in any text editor would have done it too...

Btw... it now converts using 'new' format... and create good files in /etc/

there is still a little bug a the end : the link to the rar file is wrong, but it's easy to correct it by myself and dosen't prevent me from downloading it
Too bad we cant conv the passwd (but I know it's impossible since they are encrypted)
