Ratio in sections

Is it possible to make for each section its own ratio, without SITE TRANSFER is needed?

just for example everywhere ratio 1:3, but in 2 dirs i need 1:2.. i need to be able to use creds from both without SITE TRANSFER.

Edit your sections in the ini, then set the ratio for the users:
site change * ratio <ratio #> <section #>

yeh know that.. but then when you for example got dir1 and dir2.. if i upload in dir1 i need to do SITE TRANSFER to be able to download from dir2.

Just want both credz be useable in both dirs... without gotta do site transfer all the time.

credits and ratio are related and can't be dissociated.
u need a different credit section to be able to set a different ratio.
so u can't do what u want.
the correct way to do it is let ppl do site transfer. that what's it's there for.

Still i wonder how its done in gl then
There you have just the same credits in each sections even when there is another ratio or not credits are simple added to one credits section so that you have all credits together from all different ratios
And also no need to site transfer
Or am i wrong?
I know io is not gl but wouldnt be handy to have that same option

indeed..that what i mean too.. would be really nice if ioFTPD would get that :-)

its sometimes annoying to have serveral sections with credits
