kb update script had a bug. translations of the new kb article about services were wiped :| Sorry chinese and swedish guys.

I have started on the japanese, but haven't really done much as yet. I may have screwed up in places because I guessed the context incorrectly, but its a start...

ok... maybe it's a problem with my browser, but the charset for japanese is all screwed up. I think the saved values themselves are wrong, so the charset on the translation script page was probably wrong when I posted the values.

Can someone reset/ delete the japanese?
