Default Upgrading license

I have personal ioFPTD license and want to upgrade to foundation.
I have logged in to customer portal and proceed checkout.
But i get this message:

The account named router is already configured to use the email address. Please log in to customer portal.
But i'm already logged in.
How to upgrade my license?
