Default Yeah, but how much better would it be if it were internal.. I am that technical ;)

Hehe.. too technical for me boys but I hear you..

I'd love an appreciate a simple enhancement so as not to have to become a tech wiz to automate these functions...

The benefit of the internal schedule would be that it would only be active when flashfxp is active... so for the odd time I left the pc on overnight I wouldnt have to keep manually fixing a schedule which I think I have done around 200 times for a while...

1) Setup/Activate pre-defined schedules
2) Activation - [X] Enable
[X] For this session or [X] All future sessions.

I'd love for it to be that easy with some pre-defined internal rules.

Then if one tried to download if a schedule was active suggesting downloads were only available within scheduled periods -- an override button ---
IGNORE / DISABLE - [X] FOR THIS SESSION or [X] All future sessions.

Pretty please for us dummies

Thx!@

You just wanted to start your own post didn't you?

Yeah, FFXP Scheduler for Dummies... we like GOOOEY/GUI (start the chant).

I will still look into Windows default scheduler and batching for now though.... and see if this request ever comes to fruition....

why don't you configure scheduler to run only once?

What I meant was that on each occasion I activate a schedule, there is no default time set, so I have on around 200 separate (probably more) occasions set the same 'start at 2am, disconnect at 9am' schedule which I would very much appreciate being able to apply as a default off-peak schedule.

I repeatively need to change the go live date/time (when setting before midnight) to start the schedule forward a day, (ie: 2am) and end at +1 day or 7 hours later at 9am. Its so bloody annoying I cannot emphasise more than I have already how much I'd like to either lock that as an active schedule, or somehow have some enhanced functionality here.

ie: hard lock - activate off peak schedule until advised / or override and transfer now.

Hope that makes sense.. and sorry - I didnt mean for this to jump into another forum post.. unsure why it started outside the existing disucssion we had.. Cheers
