Lightbulb faster renaming

My suggestion: possibility to rename multiple files without the client listing the directory after each renaming.

Also the use of wildcards for renaming.
e.g.
I have a folder filled with files dog1.jpg dog2.jpg dog3.jpg dog11.jpg and I'd like to rename them to 1.jpg 2.jpg. 3.jpg 11.jpg

so renaming dog*.jpg to *.jpg would be a lot faster if the client would allow wildcards.

Also when I'm copying empty folders from my computer to the ftp server flashfxp enters each folder after it's created - it's unnecessary.

renaming TO *.jpg is invalid.
think about it for a sec...
have you tried using custom command scripts?

So it's invalid the way I put it, but I still would want a feature that allows me to quickly rename files like I gave in my example.

I don't have any.

nope, it only applies to creating new folders manually, not to copying empty folders.

Just an idea, whatif you can use "%?" (% questionmark) as a wildcard 1->999 when renaming?
That would solve it all.
