substitue _ or - for space in filenames

Being able to automatically fill all spaces in filenames with an underscore would be a lot more useful to me personally than is the current ability to adjust the case during transfer. I upload using ftp, but the files are all accessed via http, and it'd be a lot better if I didn't have to deal with the %20 that's subbed for spaces in links accessed via IE.

most ftp server would be able to do that via 'scripting' i'd guess.
ioFTPD and glftpd for sure.
