Default draging from server panel to desktop (or elsewhere)
those how have dualscreen like me will find it very usefull!

Flashfxp in one screen explorer on the other (or desktop)... Dragging from the server panel side (in flashfxp) to outside of flashfxp, like desktop/explorer...

For now, with the 2.1 build 924 we can do the opposite... (desktop->flashfxp server side panel)
