Default Compare Dirs

on compare directories, the identical files are removed from the listviews...
Wouldn't it be a neat option not to remove any files but display the distinguishing (or identical) files in another color...

it could possibly be an option if Bigstar wanted it too, but personally i would hate it

Maybe that you can choose...
  • Hide files existing in both folders
  • Mark files [color] existing only in one folder...

i can't really see the point in this. lets say for example where looking at a html dir of 2000 files, there 3 differant.

now using it your way for colour differances you would looking long and hard through the whole dir/, as it is now, all you end up with is the 3 files

For this case you better use the first option then
But I'd like the second one in many situations better...
