hi

move the proxy/firewall/ident tab into the site manager section as a per-connection/site setting because not every ftp server does need/use a activated proxy, firewall or identd. So it's sometimes very annoying to undo some settings used by the connection before, or getting some useless error messages because a feature is activated but not used or the connection tries to connect to a activated proxy that is not useable by the current host from where you connected etc... some peepz using notebooks on different sites from different locations via different isps :-)

Like almost all other global settings it would be nice to have them instead/also as per-site settings.
