What does Clipboard Monitoring do?

I don't what this function does.Can anyone who knows tell me.
And is it possible for FlashFXP to begin autotransfer when I click an url of ftp file in brower,or open the destination folder when a url of directory clicked such as what BitBeamber does.I do think that is a useful function

clipboard monnitoring will monitor the clipboard for ftp:// formatted urls and automatically queue them into FlashFXP.

At this time FlashFXP does not intergrate with your web browser and handle ftp:// clicks. We don't know how to do this. Perhaps someone who knows how can show us.
