Question Queueing files?

Hello,

I've been working on a program (in vb) that does a semi syncronizing of folders for a friend (goes onto his server checks file sizes and determins which have chenged - via http access and listing on an apache server format), I want my program to generate a flashfxp queue file but can't understand the format nor how to manipulate it inorder to queue the files and allow the user to upload when ever he likes....

The reason I want to use flashfxp is cause of it's progress on ftp which is a problem with vb....

Basically I would like to know how I could create a queue file ready for flashfxp....

Thanks for any help!
