Running FlashFXP scheduled from command line

Hi to all!

I am new to this board - so please excuse me if I am asking something everyone already knows...

I am testing FlashFXP and I am very interested in that command line features. I came to this tool because I have to solve a simple problem:
I want to download regularly the whole content of a specific directory - esecially the items that are added and updated.

Can anybody help me here?

It is not a trick to connect to the remote site and change to the proper directory - but downloading all the files in that place without having to know their names and so on seems to be a thing noone wants to do...

Or is it possible with that FlashFXP tool?
