problem with transferring files directly between two remote servers

I am not able to transfer files directly between two remote servers using flashfxp ftp client.
I am using the free version of flashfxp which I had downloaded a few days ago.
I would be thankful if somebody could help.

Which build of FlashFXP ?

What software (deamons) & versions are the sites which you are transferring to/from ?

What windows ?

Do you or any of the servers run firewalls ?

anything else you can think of which may help...
