In Windows 2000 and XP Pro each user has its own personal temp-folder, usually found in %WINDOWSDIR\Profiles\%USER\Local Settings\Application Data\Temp

Also temp files on XP are in "ROOTDIR (where you installed XP)\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local Settings\Temp"

In this case inside "ROOTDIR (where you installed XP)\Documents and Settings" may appear more than one folder; in my case there are three folders --> "Defaul User, All Users and a folder which is called as my login name as admin". I think that when you empty "Temp" folder in one of this folders it's automatically empty the others "Temp" folders.

In order to see this paths you must check the "Show hidden files and folders" option (this option it's located in "Tools|Folder Options" menu inside Explorer.
