since you didn't read http://forum.flashfxp.com/showthread...&threadid=3078
best i can tell you is CLIENT doesn't need any ports opened for FXP transfers since SERVERS are connecting to each other.

try to enable/disable "alternative fxp" for either of the sites in your site manager(so that during fxp site that used to get PASV command will get PORT and vice versa).
it seems like one of your sites(80.129.10.15) doesn't have correct ports forwarded.

Thank you very much MxxCon,

the error message little changes to:

here is a log:

[11:35:51] PORT 80,129,10,15,228,69

[11:35:53] RETR test.txt
[11:35:53] 425 Can't build data connection: Connection refused.

Any other ideas, please ?

um, your logs didn't change...
in both logs you have
[21:16:19] PORT 80,129,10,15...
if it did change then that server would get PASV command, and the one on 80.129.. would get PORT.

btw, rclick on status window and enable "identification tags" so it's easier to see which side gets which command
