Default Launch FlashFXP with right-click within Windows

Does anyone know a way to launch Flash FXP from within Windows Explorer (or with an open folder) and have the local directory set to that folder? E.g., if I have a folder open to C:\ I want to right-click and run "Launch FlashFPX" and have it open with C:\ set as the local directory.

Thanks.

Set local path on startup
FlashFXP.exe -local="<path>" (the quotes are required)

So to add that to all folder, u could use a .reg like this one.
