registration failed #57

Hello,

I have a valid key for FlashFXP and when I try to register it, I have the message [Registration Failed (#57) Please contact our help desk at support@flashfxp.com] right after I entered the key...

How can I fix this?

57 means the key wasn't properly entered. Sometimes your email client can mess up the format of the key. Make sure you are pasting everything from ---FlashFXP..start--- to the end.

the thing is that I had lost my key, then I retrieved it from the "customer portal" and they sent me my version 3 & version 2 key, but it starts only with FLASHFXPxgD[...]. There are no [------FlashFXP starts---------].

And if I install FlashFXP_30_RC3_Setup.exe I can't even enter a code, it automatically goes on the "purchase page" on flashfxp.com.

well...I installed RC4 and my key worked.
