Default "Back" button

Will the "Back" button and navigation history be in FlashFXP V3?

The back button was supposed to be in v3.0 but we never came up with an image for the button. Hopefully for v3.1

Um...why not just keep with the XP-like theme? I imagine these buttons would be lined up with the "Folder Bookmarks" and "Parent Directory" buttons, yes?

Maybe...

It's a bit more complicated than that but that was the general idea. Our toolbar buttons use a special alpha mask bitmap and the guy who originally designed our images didn't explain to us how to reproduce this in order to add more images. We were going to have him design some new icons for v3.0 but I'm not entirely sure where that ended up. I wasn't the one talking to him. It's too late to add the feature into v3.0.

Oh, of course - I wasn't saying it was easy. I'm a programmer myself...nothing is quick and painless

Bigstar, would it be easier to implement keyboard shortcuts for this as a temporary solution?

I'd say use the same shortcuts that MSIE has:

ALT+LEFT is back
ALT+RIGHT is foward

What do you think?

I still need to design the backend for keeping track of navigation.
