Default 426 Connection closed

I use Flash XP 2.1 Build 924 (UnReg)
Win XP
Connecting to two ftp server on my lan
Dest : Win2000 FTP
Source : Win2003 FTP
Norton Antivirus
No Firelwall
Router : Dont know
Netowrk : LAN 100 MB

I have set IIS Registry trick.

TYPE I
200 Type set to I.

try to enable alternative fxp from site manager
