Data connection in use error

I will occasionally get a 425 error, data connection in use, which will abort a transfer (fxp) in mid file. Any idea what could be causing this?

Please, a little more info for us... Site deamons & versions (to & from), windows version, Flashfxp version... do either sites have firewalls ? .. etc as much as u know..
