				Transfering to multiple FTP server...

			Hi there!

there's something i would like to do with FlashFXP but know not if i can:
i'm using FlashFXP Version 2.1 Build 924, and am an unregistered user and the time being.

i would like to be able to connect to an "FTP server1" of my choice, upload files on it, and once the upload is completed have FlashFXP to automatically connect to an "FTP Server2", 3, 4 etc
and mirror the files i've just uploaded on the server number 1 to the other one...

can this be done from Flash FXP??

i have 7 Computers that will each have an FTP server running on it, each of them are spread across the country i'm from, they are used for broadcasting, and i need to update the files of these computers...

can u simply make a q file for that?, once ffxp has completed uploading to server 1, it will disconnect and start uploading to server2, etc

Hi, and thanks for the reply, after looking a bit, i may very well do that with a Q file, just one question:

If i connect to multiple FTP servers and Q several folders to each Servers, save the Q file, will the Q file still be "valid" if i change the content of the folder and upload again? or would that make me have to rebuild a Q file?

on another side,
i use to have to install several PCs through a disk image, at the time we had a Client/server application that would enable us to do what is called Multicast, (the ability of transfering files to several computers, but with the bandwidth of only one transfer)
can one do the same through FTP??

in another word, can we multicast through FTP??

regards,

ok, i've tried, it's perfect, i can just save a "typical" Q file
(only uploading folders), and then whatever is the content of the folder, it will upload it anyways...
