FXP Proplem ....need help pls!

Hi !

FlashFXP v2.1, build 924, unregistered
WinXP
* Running behind NAT/router Not sure
* Running firewall No
* Running Antivirus No
* Network Dail-Up

When i try to transfer a file from one password protected fxp supporting ftp server to another one from the same type with FlashFXP i get this error msg: "Could not open data connction to port 5002: Operation timed out
Transfer Failed!"

Any idea what's the problem for me and how to solve it?

try to enable ALTERNATIVE FXP setting in site manager for one of the sites

hmm looks good but now there is another problem and can still not manage to transfer

Try either Alternate Downloading for the receiving site, or alternate uploading for the sending site.

Also try enable site uses ip masq/nat.

Otherwise, it probably doesn't accept FXP.
