site to site problem
Hi,
could someone please help me with my problem ?
When I use site-to-site, fxp, transfer, all data goes through my ADSL-box, Nokia MW1122.
Destination servers port doesn`t matter. It happens everytime and with every port.

which status log ?
if You ment ftp`s log, here it is.
TYPE I
200 Type set to I
TYPE I
200 Type set to I.
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx).
PORT xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx
200 PORT command successful.
STOR xxx.rar
150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for xxx.rar.
RETR xxx.rar
150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for xxx.rar (15348461 bytes)
I wonder why it changes to port mode cause in start I connect on pasv mode to both servers.

Yes, as I said in 1st post, transfer starts and all data goes through my ADSL-router.

there are no errors.
I just don´t understand why every fxp transfers goes through my ADSL-router and not directly from site to site.....
It chokes my whole upstream....

It doesn't matter that you connected to both servers using PASV, during FXP transfer, one side of the transfer will always use PASV, the other side will always use PORT.
If the data ends up going through your own router, then that probably means that the router is screwing with your packets trying to be smart.
Do you have any evidence that this is happening, like traffic logs or anything? Or are you just assuming that the traffic is going through your router because of the PORT command?

I don`t have any log from my router, but I can notice when it chokes my upstream, as I said in my last post.
Shark: sorry, I gave You wrong information earlier. I`m using NAT.

I would recommend disabling NAT (if possible) or replace the router with one that doesn't router site to site transfers directly through it.
