auto resume?

hi, sometimes when i am downloading the transfer would get stuck, and after a while it reconnects and start downloading that file again, but this option comes up and says it will replace in 20 seconds, and i can either replace, resuem or cancel. how do i make it so that when the reconnect happens it will automatically resuem the download and not replace it?

hey thx.. but i dun really understand, sorry noob here, but what does it mean by big, small, medium in the option

like under destination, it says small, same, and larger
