Misses files on large uploads

Ahhh... I never thought to ask you if you had this option enabled. This command can cause FlashFXP to go out of sync like this.

I don't know why I never thought of it myself. This command has been a real headache ever since I added it. It does not work with most sites and usually causes problems.

Well, I uploaded a whole site with this option switched off and it didn't miss a single file. I'll try it a few more times without this option and see how it goes
