Exclamation Transfer Speed Problem

Hi everybody, I ve got a problem :
When I download a file, using flash fxp, the speed seems limited to ~7Ko/s...
I'vn't selected "obey limit download" in preferences...
I've got adsl, and all my friends download the same file on the same ftp quicker than me... :'(
I use winXP as OS...

I'm lost, what should I do ?

Thx

FlashFXP has detected modifcations to itself and has restricted the max download speed to 7kb/sec. Delete your flashfxp folder and download flashfxp directly from our website https://oss.azurewebsites.net/download.php

That's kinda cool... like a printer detecting a no-name cartridge and dropping the DPI... nice!
