Talking What should i backup b4 format

I'm going to format my machine over next few days and want to know what files I should back up, I will keep reg info my email I was sent, but what about anything else I have made a separate folder in site manager called "Friends FTPs" but I can see no reference to this in my flashfxp folder, any advice would be grateful.

During installation FlashFXP asks you if you would like to use "per user settings" if you checked this option your settings will not be saved in your FlashFXP but instead to C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\FlashFXP
