Default Rename fileas I download?

I want to make a backup of a website that I own, the only problem is that it is a unix server and some files and folders have backslashes in them. Therefore making it impossible for me to download, is there any way that I can somehow let flashfxp save it as a diffrent name preferably replace the \ with an _ when downloading?

thanks

Dimava
