unable to listen on port 113

hi im using version 1.4.4 build 853
in trying to conect to a site that requires user id.
i think ive set all params correctly and checked all the boxes.
but when i try and connect i get this :-

Ident Server: Unable To Listen on port 113
Connected to *********** Port ****
Connection failed (Connection lost)
Delaying for 120 seconds before reconnect attempt #1

whats going wrong?

sounds like mirc or something else is using ident as well, port 113.
