Default Bad files?

Don't know what it is but every now and then when I download something 1 out of 10 times I get a bad rar file and tried again from different sources and still the same just that one file. I always have to ask someone to download it and extract it for me.
Heres what happens:
226-[sfv] ****.r37 is bad (DAD4A4AA!=47f39246).
226-[sfv] previously existed sfv file is loaded (41/57 done).

I tried deleting the sfv and and download from somewhere else still the same, even tried just downloading and not fxping and even tried formatting my computer. I'm on a d-link 604 router and raidenftpd I fxp to myself as a sfv checker heh and using flashfxp ver 2 paid for.
Anyone know what it might be, my ram? router?
