Resuming , Manual GET

dunno if this ia bug or what .. but

when trying to resume on an FXP Session , with manual get
it adds the file as 0bytes to queue so , the resume option is disabled , cause it thinks the file its trying to resume is 0bytes
it has to start downloading first then get the file size

FlashFXP uses 2 methods to determine the file size. It will attempt to get the file size from the listing and then issue the SIZE command. If neither return a valid size resuming is not allowed.
