Problems sending small files in ASCII mode using Auth TLS (TLS/SSL)

I haven't really confirmed 100% that this is a bug.

I have made several tests both FXPing between two FTPds and downloading directly from an FTPd.
In ~10% of the cases when sending a file in ASCII mode, like a .txt or .nfo file, the transfer will fail.
Sometimes the file is transfered, but the transfer doesn't finnish.
When it does finnish, I will be disconnected from the FTPd where I download from. I end up with the file recieved, though. Same filesize as original and with same CRC.
Sometimes it doesn't transfer and I will be disconnected from the FTPd I try to download to. The result will then be a 0 byte file.

I'm sorry that I can't explain the problem better than this.
The problem seems to occur just as much when downloading from an FTPd directly to a harddrive as when you FXP.
This could point to the problem beeing while downloading.
All the FTPds I tried was while using "Auth TLS" option.

Perhaps someone else has experienced similar problems and can fill in the gaps I have left?
