SFTP / SCP / SSH support

How about that ? I tried to connect to a SSH Server with the SSL support, but that doesn't work

So It would be great, no need for a special SCP Application anymore (I'm using WinSCP right now - great tool, almost as good as Flash-FXP, the build in Editor is even better ), that would be handy

Please let me know what you think about it.

In a perfect world, sure. Unfortunatly, as it stands now, Bigstar still actually has to code FlashFXP, making it rather difficult to implement every suggestion instantaneously.

Sure, we understand that it is hard to implement EVERY feature that is requested, but this one is requested a couple of times already.

Maybe some more time could be spend researching the possibilities ? Maybe some external DLL files could be used ?

The major thing to note is that all flavors of file transfer currently offered in FlashFXP are different flavors of the ftp protocol. SCP & SFTP are two subsets of file transfer offered in the SSH protocol. Adding these two additional file trasnfer modes, while nice, would be quite a shift in the core focus to-date of the product (imho). I am not a member of the support team, but I do see where this shift would be hugely different. Check out something like SecureFX from VanDyke if your looking for sftp/scp/ftp all in one application. It does not support things like fxp or ftp-ssl, but it it somewhat along the lines of the request. Otherwise, kudos to the dev team for the fine work to-date.
