OK, here is my question: I want to purchase and register.
Will doing so enable me to register the version I have above
or will I need to download and install the latest regular
version? Will my beta version expire on the 31st even if I
register it?

Yes, RC4 will expire for everyone on July 31, 2004.

A final release of 3.0 will be posted to our website prior to the expiration date and the final release will not have an expiration date.

I just recev'd in email Note that a new release is available to download and hot link put me in the Forum Support. I check all available Sites include Portal and Website as mention by Bigstar and the review point into FlashFXP 3.0 build 1010 RC4. I seem some Beta Member already shows that 3.0 build 1011 and finally I'm got confuse where I should lookin for. The LifeUpdate from current runs show that installed FlashFXP 3.0 build 1010 RC4 is already Updated. So what is about the New Release and where to go?

FYI, I received emails this afternoon that builds 1012 and 1013 were available. I used live update to patch up to 1013 successfully. When I went to customer portal after that, my DL history showed I had upgraded to 1013.
