If this is the bug I think it is then it has been fixed however at the moment it's only available to registered users.
Registered users can update to the latest via LiveUpdate. The public release will be out end of week or first part of next.

You should have two transfer complete messages, one from each server. I only see one.
Here's a thought, download v1.4.3 from https://oss.azurewebsites.net/download.php and install it into a new folder. If you install it over v2.0 you will break things. Are you able to succesfully transfer the files with v1.4.3? can you please provide a copy of the status window text.

:)
I've had the same problem with .sfv files.
150 Data connection accepted from error:error; transfer starting for cd1.sfv.
Especially this line was kinda annoying. The same problem was for .m3u and .nfo files. I'll try the 1.4.3 version as well

I'm not sure if it matters but I see in this case you're using binary mode. However in the previous attempt you are using ASCII mode. Could you remove .sfv from the ASCII file extension list Options > Filters > Ascii File Extension.
If that doesn't solve the problem then I am at a loss, would it be possible for me to connect to both of these sites and conduct some tests? you can email me at support@flashfxp.com
