Add To site Manager Button does not work [not a bug]

When Im in the quick connect window, I put in all the data for the site then hit the button to add the info to site manager but it does nothing and never adds the info.

This is in the RC3 876 build

You misunderstand how this button works.

"Add to site manager" adds an already existing Quick Connect history entry to your Site Manager. Not whatever is typed into the fields.

If you want to enter the data directly to the Site Manager I suggest you use the Site Manager > New Site.
