please verify that you are using a valid copy downloaded from flashfxp.com. Also read this thread http://forum.flashfxp.com/showthread...&threadid=1789

Unhappy Site.dat at 0kb

I also see this problem. I have just downloaded the new RC3.

I can open and close the programes with no problems. When I make some changes in Preferences .... the next time i start the program, site.dat has a size of 0 kb and only quick connect visible.

Futhermore is all the changes I have made gone !!

actually for what it's worth, I belive this has been an issue at least since the last RC2 rls. I posted a couple on the exact same issue.

NT4 SP6 486/66(stfu it's a work pc ) 128mb 2gb
XP Pro AMD K7 396mb, 10&6gb

haven't tried RC3 yet, can't seem to get a good download. They are all saying "corrupt installation file". Probably our great wireless @ 756/256 for $129/month

So nice of certain people to automatically assume people are using warez versions of FlashFXP.

I'm using 875 and really don't want to lose my stuff.

Not valid doesn't mean warez, neccesarily.
I'm sure there's some copies out there of ffxp that has trojan, ppl modifing a popular software and then mirror it unofficially.
I think bigstar put some stuff in so if you use a bad crack it'll mess some things up instead of saying "invalid userinfo", so when someone says ffxp isn't working the way it should, it would be good a guess that they're using a bad crack.

Myself I didn't have any problems what so ever with RC2->RC3... but then again I did buy ffxp a long time (well.. over a year) ago so I can dl ffxp using the live update and don't have to bother with a crack or anything.
