Default Minor cosmetic glitch on start-up

When I open FlashFXP, there is a minor cosmetic glitch with the queue:

After I make any interface changes (ie.: settings, options, etc); minimize and maximize FlashFXP; or transfer/queue a file, it returns to normal:

Thank you, I am aware of this issue.

This drawing issue dates back as far as I can remember.

As far as I know this only appears when themes are disabled or using an older version of windows Win9x/ME.

Also I think this issue appears when using a non-standard size font in the List View control but I'm not entirely sure.

Hmmm...perhaps you need a sharper crayon?

That makes sense.
