Kill flashfxp - sometimes you can launch again with no issues.
Sometimes this hang's up explorer at 50% usage. Kill explorer and it usually just comes back at 50% usuage - by which time the machine needs to be restarted.
I've been able to do this over more than 1 version of flasfxp.
Also of note. Try loging into icq via gaim while transfering and you'll get a nice lock up for a good 20 seconds.
