Default Labels do not resize with window

A lot of windows for instance the resume queue window or the quick connect window have static labels. When resizing the window for readability etc. the labels stay on its place and dont grow in the width. That means for translations, long names are cut.

I simply did an update using the update function in flashfxp, nothing special.
