description of my problem:

I tried to upload with my old Flash FXP a CMS System "Php Fusion" and tried to install it but I couldn't... it didn't work... then I saw that there are some missing files. Flash FXP didn't upload them, why? I don't know.
I've deactivated/activated passive mode but it didn't work... then I've deleted old FlashFXP downloaded the new Flash FXP above and tried the same but ... the same problem!
Even I've downloadet "WS_FTP Pro 2006 30 days free" and it works well no problems.

[R] Skip [0 byte file]: config.php
[R] Skip [0 byte file]: index.php

...

Those files have a size of 0 bytes. FlashFXP is skipping them (Go to Options/Filters/Skip List). Uncheck "Skip 0 byte files" checkbox and try again.
