Server to server transfer error?

I want to transfer from one to another server, and all i get is this... i tried 3-4 servers on which i have accounts and allways got the same. help me pls.

Either none of these sites allow site to site transfers or your internet connection is using NAT and it's blocking site to site transfers.

i guess servers block because i dont have firewalls or anything.
