fxpiing in though a server with limitations

Is there some way flashfxp can work when ftp access is not permitable by the lan administrator? for instance i cannot connect to ftp through an internet browser. will flash work? note that im mostly intrested in fxpiing stuff from one ftp to another and not to my computer that has sutch llimitations.

You will likely need to be more specific. If ftp access is not permited then chances are you wont be able to connect to an ftp on that system regardless of what client you use.

Keep in mind that by default internet explorer uses active mode connections (non-passive), try enalbing the 'Use Passive FTP' setting in Internet Options.

Perhaps you should just grab the flashfxp trail and try it out.
