xbox to pc

i cannot connect my pc to my xbox. it used to work fine but since i moved and changed internet companies it will not work. it says connection lost everytime i try to connect.
pc ip is: 2.100
xbox ip is:1.200
it is connected through a router. i tried switching my xbox ip to match the pc's but it will not change. it schanges in teh settings but the main ip will never change. please help!!!!

A home network requires that each system have a unique internal ip, therefor you can not set the xbox the same as your pc.
