Does anyone know how to ahive this in ensim control panel?

you'll need to modify your proftpd installation to support TLS transfers. There are many how-to's on how to do this on the internet. Just search for proftpd TLS

this is FLASHFXP support forum.

sounds like your issue is with proftpd, which is beyond the scope of this forum, so doing what Linkster suggested above is your best bet.
