you are wrong. if you configure flashfxp to auto resume partially downloaded files it will autoresume it

flashfxp doesn't care if it's your *.iso or *.bin(WAREZ) or photos to grandma. same rules will apply.

Options menu, 'File Exist Rules'. configure however you want it.
read help file for explanation what each option does.
